- 16 All But Gluten™ Mini Brownies, sliced horizontally in half
- 2 cups, softened GF ice cream (any flavour)
- 1. Use All But Gluten™ Mini Brownies sliced horizontally.
- 2. Soften your favourite flavour of ice cream. Spoon ice cream onto brownie, spreading evenly.
- 3. Top with brownie. Wrap in plastic wrap and place on cookie sheet. Freeze for 1 hour or until ice cream is hard. Serve with your favourite fruit.
