Gluten-Free Chocolate Mousse Brownie Shots All But Gluten™
- 1 dozen All But Gluten™ Mini Brownies
- 1 package GF chocolate instant pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1. Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk until soft-set.
- 2. In small bowl, beat whipping cream with electric mixer on medium speed until soft peaks form.
- 3. Fold whipped cream into pudding mixture. Refrigerate until ready to assemble.
- 4. Crumble the All But Gluten™ Mini Brownies. In each of 12 shot glasses, layer crumbled brownies and chocolate mousse.
- 5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time.
