Ingredients:

  • 1 pound lean ground chicken or turkey
  • 1 small onion (about 2 tablespoons), very finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 egg whites or 1 whole egg
  • 1/2 cup ALL BUT GLUTEN Sliced White Loaf breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 tablespoons GF ketchup
  • 12 slices ALL BUT GLUTEN Whole Grain Loaf

Directions:

  • 1. Combine ground chicken with onions, garlic, egg whites, ALL BUT GLUTEN Sliced White Loaf breadcrumbs, onions, salt, pepper, cumin and GF ketchup. Shape into burger patties.
  • 2. Barbecue, broil or grill burgers until cooked through about 10 to 15 minutes.
  • 3. Serve with ALL BUT GLUTEN Whole Grain Loaf slices and your favourite fresh vegetables.
